In direct relation to the uncertainty and effects caused by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) worldwide our priority has become both the health and safety of guests during their stay and of our employees. Focusing on this, we would like to briefly present to you the measures we have implemented to counteract the effects of the virus.

For the safety of guests and colleagues and following Romanian legislation in conjunction with best practices at the hotel chain level through the Count on Us to Put Safety First program, the hotel temporarily modifies, reconfigures, or reduces some services: restaurant, bar, room inventory, consumer products from the guest rooms, spa facilities, breakfast, hotel facilities. These changes are temporary, and we will restore the standard levels of services and facilities available as soon as the legislation in force offers us this possibility.
